The Rules (aka what I will and Won't draw, and Others)

COMMISSION RULES & TERMS OF SERVICEBefore You Commission Me
If you're unsure whether your idea falls within my guidelines, please contact me before payment. I'm happy to review your request and let you know if I can take it on.---✦ I Will Draw
- OCs (original and fandom)
- Characters from shows, books, games, etc. / Historical domain characters / Fanart
- Human & humanoid characters
- Monster & animal characters
- Furries, scalies, etc. / Anthro characters
- Robot & vehicle characters (large mechas such as Gundams are case-by-case)
- Ships & romantic content
- Your pets & sonas
- Mild gore & violence
- NSFW content (case-by-case basis, but all characters in NSFW content must be 18+).---✦ I Won't Draw
- Real people who have not consented to being drawn
- Heavy gore or extreme violence
- Highly detailed/complex vehicles (ex. realistic aircraft)
- Realistic style paintings
- Any content that is hateful, discriminatory, or harmful — including but not limited to racist, homophobic, transphobic, islamophobic, or antisemitic material. I reserve the right to decline any commission at my discretion.---✦ Payment
- Full payment is required upfront before I begin work
- Payments are non-refundable once I have started, unless stated otherwise in the refund policy below
- I accept payment via (your preferred platform — Ko-fi, PayPal, etc.)---✦ Revisions
- Two minor revisions are included per commission
- Major changes to composition, design, or concept after sketch approval may incur an additional fee
- Revisions are not available once the piece is fully completed---✦ Turnaround Time and Refund Policy
- Commissions are typically completed within 2–14 days depending on complexity and current workload
- Please be courteous and do not rush me during the 2-14 days. I will provide occasional updates (every 2 days) on progress to address this.
- If I have not yet started your commission, you are entitled to a full refund
- If I am at the sketch stage, you are entitled to a 50% refund
- If I am at lineart or beyond, refunds are no longer available as significant work has been completed
- If 14 days have passed without a satisfactory update from me, you are entitled to a full refund

- I will send a sketch/rough WIP for approval before proceeding to lineart or colouring
- Please review and respond to WIPs promptly — extended silence may delay your commission---✦ Commercial Use
- Commissions are for personal use only by default
- If you intend to use the artwork for commercial purposes (merch, monetized content, brand use, etc.), please disclose this upfront — commercial use is available at an additional rate (30-50% depending on how big the project is.)---✦ Artist Rights
- I retain the right to post finished commissions to my portfolio and social media unless you request otherwise at the time of ordering
- I will always credit the commission as client work — your character/concept remains yours✦ AI Policy- My artwork may not be used to train, fine-tune, or otherwise inform any AI model or system — this includes but is not limited to image generation models- This applies to all finished pieces, WIPs, and any artwork shared publicly or privately as part of a commission ✦ Artist Cancellation- I reserve the right to cancel a commission at any time due to personal emergencies, illness, or circumstances beyond my control
- In the event that I cancel, you are entitled to a full refund regardless of progress made- I will communicate cancellations as promptly as possible---Thank you for supporting my work — it genuinely means a lot! 💜
